Reservations????????????

This is one of the most important topic to be taken into consideration.

Reservations has being one of the reasons because of which the Pace of Indian development is slow.
for example reservations in the education sector have affected India's image badly.
the candidate who does not deserves to be in a particular institution gets in it just because of reservation and the one who deserves it is left out. So the wrong candidate gets the reward but when he goes ahead in life he faces its ill effects because he cannot the handle the situations as carefully as a deserved candidate would have done.
For example if there is a doctor who is not a deserving candidate but just because of reservations he has became a doctor then its too risky for the patients which he will treat.

ITS NOT THAT ALWAYS A PERSON IN A RESERVED CATEGORY IS WASTE.
BUT IF THE PERSON GOT THE COURAGE HE SHOULD COMPETE WITH THE OTHERS AND THEN GET IN TO A INSTITUTION ......................NOT VIA A RESERVATION

Western Influence ?

My personal opinion on this, which I am also posting as a new discussion topic, is that the people in our beloved country have become NRI's, if not actually then pshcologically :)

The unthoughtfullness behind accepting few western cultures and living habits have marred all the Indianness....
